Booking Information 

 

a few practical details before requesting an appointment

​Every enquiry is handled with complete discretion and confidentiality

Before sending your booking request, please take a moment to read the information below regarding deposits, cancellations, availability and payment

Deposit

  • ​40% deposit for appointments of six hours or longer

  • Remaining balance is paid upon arrival

  • Full payment is not required upfront

Cancellation Policy

More than 4 days' notice

Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days

Less than 4 days' notice

Deposits are non-refundable

It is extremely rare for me to cancel an appointment. If unforeseen circumstances ever arise, I'll contact you immediately and either offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.

Appointments ended due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior are not eligible for a refund

Every meeting is carefully planned and prepared, so while booking enquiries are not binding, I truly appreciate when plans remain as agreed. ​

Sunlight on olive branches

My days usually begin with exercise, followed by a calm morning routine that allows me to prepare for each appointment with intention, energy and a positive mindset.

​I am generally available from 11am onwards.

​

​​I dedicate genuine time and attention to every guest, which means I may not always be able to accommodate same-day or last-minute requests. ​

​​​​To ensure I can continue offering the best possible experience, I give priority to guests who value clear communication and reliable arrangements.​

I also prefer to finish my day by 10pm, ensuring I remain well-rested and able to offer the warm, attentive experience my guests expect. ​
 


If your preferred time falls outside my usual schedule, please don't hesitate to ask - whenever possible, I'll be happy to accommodate.
