Deposits & Payments 

I require a 40% deposit for bookings of 6 hours or longer to secure your date. The remaining balance is due as agreed, either prior to or on the day of the booking. I do not require full payment upfront.

Cancellations

Sometimes life happens - and that’s completely okay. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
 

• More than 4 days notice: any deposit paid can be transferred to a new date within 30 days of the original appointment

• Less than 4 days notice: deposit is forfeited (including any tickets booked)
   

It is extremely rare for me to cancel an appointment. However, if I do need to cancel, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. If none of those options work, any payment made will be refunded via the original payment method.

If I need to cancel during our date due to unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, any payments made toward the booking will not be refunded.​​​
